Project Manager Sales Operations with FinTech exp A leading multinational has a fantastic opening for an experienced senior level Project Manager / Sales Operations Manager within their International Team. Working within the Global Gaming sales division, this role will support Global Gaming Regional Leaders, to deliver programs that will enable the Sales team to operate more efficiently, thereby driving revenue growth and operational effectiveness across the globe. Day-to-day responsibilities: Working cross functionally to drive revenue growth in key markets (both new and existing markets) Perform in-depth market analysis using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry); Provide insights through detailed revenue and product analysis. Identify and implement  opportunities, ideas and processes that will improve efficiency on a global scale Support sales teams with planning and operational requests e.g. annual planning, business reviews etc. Lead the target setting process for the Sales Team; setting appropriate KPIs and tracking performance Develop projects at regional level that can be scaled up and rolled out at a global level. Other ad-hoc duties as required Essential requirements: Degree educated in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or similar) Master's Degree preferred though not essential 6-8+ years of work experience required in Sales Finance, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, and/or Strategy consulting Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets Demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences Preferred experience / qualifications: Experience with SQL, strong Excel, knowledge of Salesforce Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and driving improvements in a cross-functional environment Experience extracting data from large/complex databases Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools Prior working experience with Gaming Industry preferred Salary:                       €70k - €95k D.O.E Type:                         8 months + Location:                  Dublin city centre
