As the Finance Manager for the CarShop Norwich store, you'll be responsible for partnering the Head of Business to ensure the integrity of the daily operating controls, KPIs, forecasts and adding value and input into the strategic direction of the business.
You'll be also responsible for the production of the monthly management accounts, balance sheet packs, annual budgets and audit packs relating to your store. You'll also have responsibility for an Assistant Finance Manager, who will in turn be responsible for the day to day running of the accounts office and sales admin functions.
Ideally you'll be someone with a background in the motor industry, and will have experience with the CDKDMS, or something similar. You'll also have a good understanding in the aftersales function, including the key drivers and how it impacts the rest of the business.
