The role is a newly formed position due to expansion that enables the ideal candidate to gain more exposure and insight.

You will be responsible for undertaking various billing and finance activities, with the focus being on ensuring the monthly bill runs are completed correctly and efficiently, as well as undertaking various supply management and purchasing functions.

Client Details

The client is a Telecoms providing company based between the City and East London, that provides platforms that deliver cloud services across multiple worldwide locations. Their customer base spans over 70 countries and their model centres around making the consumer experience that a stress free process.


The key responsibilities involve:

  • Monthly and ad hoc bill run
  • Upload all customer billing information on CRM
  • Review of billing output
  • Cross-check CRM to suppliers CLI data
  • Load daily CDRs and resolve all rejects
  • Maintain tariff tables on the billing system and update where necessary
  • Liaise with customers & support / accounts team on invoice queries
  • Generate and review margin and other billing reports
  • Review and chase aged debt, including administration of monthly direct debits
  • Update customer cards on a timely basis
  • Upload supplier invoices on Xero accounting system
  • Analysis of supplier invoices
  • Create purchase orders on Xero
  • Profile

    The successful candidate would have some of the following:

  • Ideally come from a similar telecoms billing background
  • Very strong communication skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Be analytical
  • Be well presented with a flexible positive attitude and have good, proactive problem-solving skills
