My client, a leading Property Firm is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their expanding team. The business has multiple sites across London and continue to acquire new properties.
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will have responsibility for the Group's annual report including internal and external reporting alongside financial accounting and group Consolidation.
Other duties will consist of:
Candidates will have strong organistaional skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment and Strong consolidation experience.
Candidates will be a Qualified ACCA or ACA with previous experience of multisite accounting and able to debate new accounting standards.

Other duties will consist of:
- Producing Statutory Accounts for 100+ entities
- Preparation of consolidated statutory accounts
- Applying IFRS standards throughout the business
- Evaluating the effects of emerging accounting standards, and proactively communicating the effect within the Group
- Understanding of new and upcoming standards and any regulatory changes
- Maintaining group accounting policy manual
- Key role in communicating with and managing the external auditors
