MORTGAGE ADVISOR - BELFAST - 28-32K BASIC +OTE

Are you a qualified and experienced Mortgage Advisor who’s hungry to earn the most amount of money possible, whilst genuinely delivering the best service possible to your clients as you follow an option-filled career path?

A hugely exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward thinking, client focused, innovative brokerage who have recently opened their gorgeous new offices in Belfast. A firm who have increased their headcount from 50 to 160 within the past 18 months, and who are continuing their exciting period of growth.

Working alongside a team of ten other Mortgage Advisors, servicing B2B clients on a soley inbound and pre-qualified process, you will be responsible for:

• Picking up new, pre-qualified leads from BDM’s, Regional Director’s and other internal sources
• Discussing potential clients key needs and objectives through clearly documented and well discussed fact-finds
• Processing Decision In Principle requests to lenders and following up with all clients to confirm once a DIP decision has been issued
• Holding and managing highly consultative discussions with your clients in order to both meet their key needs and objectives, as well as to close and write the business
• Identify any opportunities available to cross/upsell in terms of Protection/Asset based products
