Sales Ledger Controller / Accounts Assistant
£22,000 - £25,000
Role Purpose
*Reporting to the Financial Controller this hands on role will be responsible for all aspects of credit control whilst providing significant management accounting and data interrogation across the business.
Key Tasks
*Maintaining the company sales ledger
*All aspects of credit control responsible for 50 key accounts; credit limits, cash collection and query resolution
*Processing and posting daily banking transactions
*Data analysis reports
*Journal postings
*Monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
*Maintaining intercompany recharges
*Weekly and monthly reporting
*Assisting in cash flow preparation
*Assisting in budget and forecasting

-Exceptional Excel skills - formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables
