The Business Information and Technology group as part of Enterprise Operations provides leadership and strategy for the development and implementation of technology capabilities and the effective use of information assets across the organization. The group serves as a business advocate to ensure enterprise technology capabilities support business needs while maintaining focus on controlling operational risk and promoting resilience. The newly formed group seeks an Identity & Access Management Senior Business Analyst. Responsibilities includes IAM business process development, governance, communications, risk management, and compliance with IAM policy and standards.

The IAM Senior Business Analyst will have a comprehensive understanding of the technology risk and controls environment, Identity & Access Management (IAM) standards, industry–wide processes and tools. The individual will develop and maintain appropriate process and governance to manage and proactively identify issues and changes in the risk profile of the underlying systems and organizational assets.

The individual will support the enterprise in identity & access management risk identification and remediation, partner with the technology and business stakeholders on IAM initiatives and collaborate with the Information Security IAM team on firm wide remediation, standardization, automation and tools. The individual will also contribute to IAM operating model to ensure operating effectiveness and risk reduction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence with Firm wide Identity & Access Management standards and Access uplift program milestones, as well as enabling the organization to meet enterprise–wide targets for controls, including successful audits and audit issue validation targets.
  • Ensure ongoing efforts are delivered at the enterprise level to drive efficiency and continuous monitoring of identity & access management controls.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization including an enterprise–wide role to develop an appropriate risk and control framework to drive overall maturity in the organization.
  • Promote innovation within the technology control environment driving control optimization, process efficiency, and improved client experience.
  • Strengthen the control environment through education, collaboration, and oversight.
  • Collaborate with Infosec, Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, business control functions, and the technology teams to drive transparent, measurable, and sustainable control improvements.
  • Support the Risk & Control Self–Assessment (RCSA) process ensuring issues and related action plans are timely documented, assigned, and resolved.
  • Ensure escalation of material issues to management.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ Years Systems or Business Analysis Experience working on large, complex, cross–division or cross–enterprise programs and projects.
  • Must have experience with Identity & Access Management, security technology, risk, and audit.
  • Advanced knowledge in SailPoint Identity IQ is strongly recommended.
  • CISSP, CRISC, CISA or other relevant certifications preferred.
