Responsibilities Manage and monitor a portfolio of creditors accounts including recording arrange for and or prepare payments and attending to all creditors related queriesEnsure timely recording of creditors invoices and payments transactions and meeting monthly closing timelineEnsure timely and accurate submissions of cost accruals on monthly basisPerform creditors reconciliationsReview and improve on internal controlsOther ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements At least Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplineAt least 3years of experience preferably in AP AR Entry level candidates are welcome to apply Independent and able to work in a fast-paced and voluminous environmentFast learner able to pick up systems and work processes quicklyPrior experience in leading automation projects and or streamlining of processes will be advantageousPrior experience in reviewing internal controls and proposing improvements will be advantageousProficient in Microsoft Excel
