Job Responsibilities To manage companys products manufacturing To ensure that the objectives set by HOM are achieved and that the manufacturing activities have the correct organization and people to achieve maximum performance in the short and continuing long term To responsible for quality and execution of production schedule with optimum yield To ensure good working environment by emphasizing on 5S and maintaining a high standard of cooperation and team spirit To work closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering in implementing new or improved processes Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least A Level and above At least 3 Year s of working experience in the related field is required for this position Able to use Microsoft Office ie MS Excel MS Words etc Strong leadership quality andanalytical skills with positive attitude Strong achievement record in major accounts development Effective in performing production planning and coordination Highly customers focused andresult-oriented Sense of achievement and self-motivation 4 working days per week 11hours day may include weekend
