Our client is one of the fastest growing MNC within Asia, with current strong presence in Europe. They are now looking for Client Relations Executives to help with all clients on boarding matters.

about the job

As the client contact point located in convenient location in Hong Kong, you will be the first contact point for new clients when they get on board. You will be explaining to clients the procedure and documents required, and communicate with internal parties to ensure the smooth on boarding of new clients. In addition, you will perform Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence throughout the process.

skills and experience required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, either phone/face-to-face
  • Energetic and fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Enjoy a casual and flexible working environment; 5 day work
  • Candidates with ability to start immediately or within shorter notice periods are highly preferred
