Job Description:

The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintenance and handling of clients' books including monthly and quarterly financial statements. This person must be a detail oriented self starter with good organizational skills and have the ability to problem solve. Experience in accounting with emphasis regarding the general ledger and flow thru, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quick-books Online is essential to be accomplished in this position. Experience in bill.com is added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage all bookkeeping related tasks for clients including but not limited to:

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable coding and entry
• Correcting, monthly, and quarterly General Ledger entries
• Recording of Assets, Leases, Loans, and Depreciation
• Monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Payroll Entry and maintenance
• Use of Quick-books Online, bill.com and other supplemental accounting software
• Analyze client bookkeeping data and resolve issues
• Provide detailed analysis of Financial reports.
• Preparation of Profit and loss, Balance Sheet and cash flow Statements.
• Finalizing Books of Accounts
