Greetings!!! Immediate Need with our Direct client. Salesforce Business Analyst San Francisco, CA Our Client is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst that will be responsible for implementing and managing SalesForce functionality and act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Requirements 2 years of Salesforce experience, including use of custom and standard fields and objects, workflow rules, data validation rules, and page layout changes Experience in alternative investments, private equity or partnership accounting is a plus Experience with SunGard DX, Investran, or RelSci is a plus Candidate must possess strong organization skills who can multi–task and prioritize work load effectively Demonstrate the ability to escalate issues when needed, while building strong relationships across multiple functions Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have demonstrated track record of handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner Strong Excelanalytics skills proficient in other Microsoft Office applications Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel required (vlookups, sumifs, etc.) Ability to work successfully in a fast–paced and high energy environment Ability to work both independently and in a team–oriented environment and across group lines to achieve firm–wide goals Principal Responsibilities Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality in order to provide recommendations for process improvements and technical updates Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based upon the needs business unit partners Create and manage custom field objects, complex workflow rules, record types, data validation, page layouts, triggers, and third–party integrations OnOffboard Salesforce Users and maintain Salesforce Users, Profiles and Role Hierarchy Assist with data imports, exports, updates to SalesForce using DataLoader Troubleshooting technical issues with the assistance of internal and external technical resources Gather requirements from business stakeholders to implement new process changes and enhancements in Salesforce and related systems Assist in supporting multiple applications and business units Conduct end–to–end testing for new functionality launched in supported applications Manage queue for tickets related to RelSci, Sungard DX, and SalesForce Interested candidates send resumes to Resume AT Matrix7i Dot Com Thanks Team Matrix
