Manager, Corporate Finance & Investments (Real Estate)

This role will take ownership of all financial aspects, linked to the planning & forecasting requirements, to support ongoing property development and investment options. This role shall also be heavily geared towards overseeing financial modelling to manage cost controls along with valuations, in generating forecasting & revenue models, in support of the investment & operational teams. In conjunction, this role is designed to produce and roll-out a strong, robust and accurate financial planning & analysis reporting platform; used to provide to up-to-date and market sensitive financial information along with dashboard commentaries to allow for decision support, price-pointing and valuation analysis.

The successful candidate should be a professionally qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA), with an MBA and/or CFA background; whereby they can demonstrate both strong controllership and a corporate finance type background. The client will look for a strong analytical candidate with solid Excel-based financial modelling capabilities which can cater for detailed scenario analysis and forecasting. This role will require up to 8 years of experience within a real estate/property development role and they shall bring experience of large-scale projects with their portfolio of experience. The nature of the client and the status of the project, will require candidates who are strong influencers, along with a commercial gravitas to ensure this finance function adds a viable and strong value-add proposition.
