The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Consultant within the Valuation, Modelling and Economics team in our Adelaide office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

As part of our broader Valuation, Economics and Modelling team, you'll work with your colleagues to deliver a wide range of valuations and financial modelling engagements for strategic planning, transactions, tax, financial reporting, and shareholder disputes. Working with a wide variety of clients and industries, you'll gain experience in understanding client issues and building client relationships. In our friendly, collaborative environment, you'll receive the support, formal learning and coaching you need to accelerate the career path you choose.

Your key responsibilities

• Financial Modelling - you will develop bespoke models and analytic solutions that support transactions, forecasts, financing and investment evaluation
  
• Valuations - you will assist with preparation of opinions of value of equity, businesses and intangible assets for strategic, accounting, tax and transaction purposes.
  

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong excel, financial modelling, numerical and analytical skills
  
• Strong technical valuation knowledge and demonstrated experience in the application of different valuation methodologies for different purposes
  
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills and the ability to manage multiple commitments and stakeholders
  
• Awareness of current business and economic developments relevant to our clients
  
• Relevant bachelor's degree
  
• A sound grasp of financial accounting
  

Ideally, you'll also have

• Achievement of CA, CFA or an equivalent post graduate qualification
