The opportunity
The Talent Development Administrator provides project administration and logistical support to the client serving teams within the Leadership Practice. You will have the opportunity to apply and develop your professional skills and network with experts in organisational design, talent management, culture and leadership. There is the opportunity to transition into a client-facing consultant role after a year, if this is something of interest.

The Talent Development Administrator provides project administration and logistical support to the client serving teams within the Leadership Practice. You will have the opportunity to apply and develop your professional skills and network with experts in organisational design, talent management, culture and leadership. Your key responsibilities
The administrator will work with all levels of staff and main responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and client stakeholders with regards to the administration of the Leadership Practice;
- Organising training workshops and events, logistics;
- Liaising with external leadership contractors and managing communications with them
- Liaising with internal and external clients and contractors for the provision of services such as venue and room bookings, catering, advertising and marketing;
- Sending invoices to payroll;
- Maintaining and managing a variety of databases, spreadsheets and files;
- Administering and collecting survey data;
- Formatting, proofing and printing training and other required material;
- Interacting with clients;
- Working on special projects as required within the Leadership Practice;
- Regularly meeting deadline and timelines without prompting.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and be flexible to prioritise tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team;
- Strong people focus;
- A creative, inquisitive and solutions-focused mind.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Degree qualification (HR/Organisational Psychology/Psychology);
- An interest in working in Talent & Leadership Development;
- Some experience as an L&D or HR Administrator will be well regarded.
