Finance Manager

Lead a team in providing financial advice and support Operation and management to prepare and analyze management and financial report in a timely manner. Work closely with Operation to meet the reporting requirements Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process Perform analysis, review and understand the variances Perform ad-hoc business and/or sensitivity analysis Provide financial analysis and support for Projects / initiatives as a supporting member Review and maintain an effective internal control system and liaise with external and internal auditors on design and improvement of internal controls procedures as well as compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, FRS, US GAAP and Corporate Policy. Qualifications Requirements Degree in Accountancy / Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification At least 10 years of relevant working experience in a MNC with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity Proficient with MS office especially in Excel Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Good sense of business acumen and business partnering Ability to work well with tight timelines A team player with strong leadership skills, communication and interpersonal Skills
