Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team for deal screening, execution and post deal monitoring.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage deal screening process including financial analysis and due diligence;
  • Perform high-yield and secured loan credit research, analysis and prepare credit proposals;
  • Actively involves in structuring and executing tailor-made financing solutions for loans, bridge financing, project financing and other capital financing activities;
  • Proactively engage in post deal monitoring and participate in loan restructuring process when necessary
  • Prepare investment memo, presentation and investment reports


Profile

The role demands an ambitious self-starter who can demonstrate high levels of initiative with a drive to succeed both as an individual and as a strong team player. Able to demonstrate commitment to technical excellence, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

University degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline

Requirement:
  • Minimum 5+ years of structured finance/direct investment experience
  • Generalist; with solid exposure in different industries
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Excellentpresentation skills, including goodcommand of spoken and written English and Chinese along with a proactive working attitude
