Reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning and Product Management of Commercial Banking Division, you will be responsible for supporting business planning, new commercial product development and providing MIS support on budgeting, sales forecast and financial analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist to devise strategic analysis, customer segmentation, customer account plan, product profitability, KPIs, scorecard, sales targets, dashboard and metrics to achieve divisional goals
- Assist to develop statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analytics to drive customer acquisition and conversion
- Conduct quantitative analysis, linear regression and modeling
- Ensure high degree of management information integrity and customer profitability analyses
- Follow up the data warehouse projects to deliver high quality business analytics and take a new strategy to enhance the analytics infrastructure within a robust controls framework
- Monitor the product pricing, funding, margin and RWA against budget under the new FTP mechanism
- Collaborate with IT to develop and operationalize new business analytics using data warehouse
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- 3 years' banking experience in finance, business planning and analytics, preferably with Data Warehouse knowledge
- Proficient in SAS, SQL, Data Warehouse, statistical tools and PC including VBA and Macro
- Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
