  • Support productivity targets of the Operations Intelligence (OI) Department of Consumer Banking Operations.
  • Manage initiatives pertaining to automation of decision steps, risk monitoring and incident management.
  • Work with internal, external stakeholders and technology partners for project management, data and analysis requirements
  • Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity, identify root cause of a situation and to provide actionable insights.
  • Monthly report SMART OPS projects status to Senior Management, follow up on action items and timely escalate project risks and issues.

  • Bachelors of Computer Science / Computer Application or equivalent.
  • Strong in Problem Solving Skills and With high Emotional Intelligence.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in banking or consulting industry with knowledge in conceptualization of requirements to implementation & data analysis process.
  • Well versed with data points and data models pertaining to Consumer Banking Operations such as workflows, customer transactions, customer information system, Avaloq, etc.
  • understanding of the data points to support channel migration initiatives such as cheque, giro, self service banking, internet banking, mobile banking.
  • 7 to 10 years of hand on knowledge of Mainframe Systems, ability to interpret and map copybooks into operational needs e.g. Vision Plus, Customer Information System, ATM System, Internet Banking, GIRO, etc.
  • 7 - 10 years of database and SQL optimization experience on Teradata or Greenplum.
  • 2-5 years of hands on experience on Hadoop (HDFS, SQOOP) and Python.
  • End of end knowledge of technology requirements from ETL, to compute including reporting. This is must to have for platform migration needs from BIP to ADA.
  • Experienced in leading teams, or project coordination roles
  • 1-2 years of experience on Project Management (waterfall cycle / agile methodologies)
  • Well versed with data points for Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The following experience will be advantageous:-
  • Experience on Cloud computing platform.
  • Experience on Data Science Workbench (Cloudera, IBM, DataIku, AMP, etc)
  • Exposure to McKinsey's problem solving techniques, analytics translator.
