The Company
Our client is a leading property investment company with a global platform. They have been growing from strength to strength as they continue to partner with world class investors to grow their network and continue to innovate in a challenging environment. There is now a need to hire an experienced Treasury Manager as the company plans to build a world-class global Treasury Team.
The Position
Reporting and working closely with the Treasury Director, the Treasury Manager provide support to the treasury management system, the treasury and cash management activities as well as capital market risk, interest rates exposure and investing, and borrowing decisions. The successful incumbent will be the key interface working with banks in negotiating and maintaining of banking facilities, cash flow management, forex management, and hedging. As the company has plans to build a world-class global Treasury team, the Treasury Manager will work closely with different stake holders to build the most optimal Group’s capital structure, asset and liability management and working capital needs. There will also be a need to communicate with other finance and treasury teams around the region and support any of the company’s merger and acquisition projects.
The Person
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of treasury experience within a Multinational environment with a well-rounded corporate treasury exposure across back-midâ€"front office and is willing to work in a lean and flat structure. The role requires candidates with strong communication skill as there will be a need to communicate and influence stakeholders from different background and levels.
