The Role: Senior Accountant
The Location: Shanghai
The Team: We are seeking a talented individual who is highly motivated and committed to join our Finance team based in Shanghai for a permanent role. The individual will assist in the full set statutory reporting and accounting operations of Shanghai office. The particular candidate will report to Controller directly.

The Role: Senior Accountant
The Location: Shanghai
The Team: We are seeking a talented individual who is highly motivated and committed to join our Finance team based in Shanghai for a permanent role. The individual will assist in the full set statutory reporting and accounting operations of Shanghai office. The particular candidate will report to Controller directly.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for month end GL close processes and GL reconciliations for Shanghai office
- Responsible for entities' tax filing including indirect taxes
- Responsible for US GAAP and PRC GAAP reporting and reconciliation reports
- AP and Intercompany agreement's review and management.
- Participate in audit process to ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of the audit (internal and statutory audits)
- Managing corporate secretarial work including XBRL preparation for all entities
- Any other finance projects as and when assigned
What We're looking for:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in accountancy with at least 5 - 8 years relevant experience in finance/accounting;
- Strong attention to detail with good time management ability
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills; Good communication skill with both internal and external
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Excellent English verbal and communications skills;
- Hands on experience in using Oracle will be an added advantage;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skill;
- Work experience in global firms preferred and is able to work with composure while under pressure of tight deadlines.
