Finance Manager

Cambridge, Cambridgeshire- A leading Bio-tech company are looking for an astute Finance Manager to join their expanding team. Working closely with the Head of FP&A and Group Finance Manager you will be joining a business that is at the fore-front of technology for genetic diseases and looking to deliver better healthcare outcomes. Offering a diverse workload and a proactive approach across all division's including back office support you will have an opportunity to progress within a recognised business. The role will play a key part in the continued development of their finance function, this will include mainstream accounting from management and financial accounts to month and year end processes, you will support and be a point of contact for system and process implementation to help with developing a robust process that will support the business as they continue to grow. You will be expected to liaise with both internal and external individuals surrounding financial information in accordance to regulations and associated compliance. Working with the Head of Finance you will be assisting with ad-hoc projects such as cost saving measures from both a product and system point of view requiring prior experience in an analytical role. The successful applicant will be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with prior experience within industry, you will be an ambitious and commercially minded individual who is comfortable with liaising with all lines of the business. You will be highly organised and able to manage your own workload while providing a support to other areas of finance as needed.
