Reed Accountancy has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant, with a proven background of fast paced, high volume processing, to join a market leading Company based in South Lanarkshire.
Duties
• Matching, batching and coding invoices - high volume
• Dealing with internal and external supplier queries through to resolution
• Communicating regularly with suppliers and stakeholders
• Assisting with internal and external reporting
• Preparing payment runs
• Ensuring system and information is kept up to date at all times
• Ensuring all KPI's and SLA's are achieved or exceeded
The Person:
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role is essential, being able to demonstrate a high quality of work in a fast paced, high volume processing environment.
