Assistant Accountant - North Nottingham
I am currently recruiting an up and coming Assistant Accountant role within a well known brand in North Nottingham. You will be located at the Head Office will gain fantastic exposure through working in a small supporting and friendly team.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Commercial Accountant in conducting their duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide assistance in the preparation of monthly management reporting
- To assist the finance department with their day to day processing tasks
- To produce monthly analysis of P&L cost centres for budget holders and managers to help with cost reduction and monitoring
- To provide journals ready for the month end accounts production
- Ad hoc duties in the finance department
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Good excel skills.
- At least 2 years previous experience in accounts.
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to learn new subject matter quickly and to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
