Job Description
- Lead the team of experts to handle forensic enquiries and conduct investigations
- Build strong relationships across a diverse network and uses a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact
- Plan the scope of work, monitor, supervise and review progress on related forensic engagements
- Prepare reports of findings for key stake holders’ review in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with group’s policies and quality/performance standards across teams and regions
- Participate in senior management meetings and provide recommendations and proposals
- Manage, supervise and train up high performing teams to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure professional image both within and outside of the group
Ideal Candidate should have the followings
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Law or related disciplines
- CICPA, HKICPA or relevant qualification is a must
- 10-12 years' of relevant experience in forensic/law field including work of an investigative nature or internal audit with exposure to fraud enquires
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.
- Established leadership, practice and network with a clear business sense and commitment to deliver quality work
