My client, a large tech company is seeking a payroll coordinator for a 3-6 month contract with a view to being made permanent. This role is a work from home position and you will be onsite with clients also.
This is an exciting position as you get experience working in large tech companies with the luxury of working from home.
Job Description:
· Responsible for paying commissions, overtime, bonuses and other compensation as necessary
· Responsibilities include obtaining proper approval, communicating information with the payroll provider, tracking advances, deductions, and reconciliation
· Track and calculate PTO accrual and taken in ADP for all international employees
· Review compensation related general ledger activity
· Work closely with local and corporate HR to ensure proper transactions for new hires, terminations, internal transfers, and LOA's
· Interact with all levels of employees/managers/administrators. Train and support managers and employees on how to enter and approve timecards
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
· Provide guidance and support to employees on timecard and timecard reporting
· Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed, assigned or dictated by business priorities
Requirements:
· Experience in Payroll processing and/or time reporting administration
· Excellent attention to detail skills
· Strong communicator
