Financial Analyst

SkillSet: Experience in Accounts Payable. Bachelors Degree in Commerce or equivalent (B.Com. /M.Com/MBA/CA Inter or CWA Inter ) Additional qualification in accounting / finance (diploma or certificate course) will be a plus 4 -6 years of experience in maintaining accounts, reconciliations and financial reporting and analysis Experience in Computerized Accounting systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced excel skills, e.g. using pivot tables to analyse and report on large volumes of data) Strong analytical and mathematical abilities Attention to detail, high level of accuracy Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong team and collaboration bias Willingness to learn and ask questions in a positive, non-confrontational manner Flexibility to perform diverse types of job as well as work with different time zones Desired skills: Experience in using major ERP accounting software packages (Knowledge of JDE is an added advantage) Exposure to international accounting practices (US GAAP and IFRS) Experience in working with global teams and US multinationals; valid Visa to travel to the US a plus.
