Your main task is to carry out audits in all commercial business areas of Uniper, in particular in the area of Energy Trading. Specifically, we are looking for a motivated person for our dynamic team who supports us and wants to develop within Uniper.

- Conduct audits with a high degree of independence and self-reliance in all business areas with focus on Uniper's International Energy Trading business - no two audits are the same. Provide risk-based assurance and advice supporting our businesses in achieving their objectives.
- Develop recommendations / corrective measures together with the business to improve organizational and operational structures.
- Support Internal Audit & ICS and our audit clients on the journey of digitalization.
Who we are seeking
Your main task is to carry out audits in all commercial business areas of Uniper, in particular in the area of Energy Trading. Specifically, we are looking for a motivated person for our dynamic team who supports us and wants to develop within Uniper.
The candidate should have:
- A University degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Law or comparable.
- Several years of relevant work experience in Financial or Energy Trading, Sales, Finance, Controlling, Risk Management would be advantageous.
- Excellent business acumen and good understanding of Governance and Control principles.
- High level of stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at various levels of the company including Senior Management level.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, whilst remaining conscious of the big picture.
- High affinity to digital topics and fun in dealing with new technologies during daily audit work.
- Convincing personality who is enthusiastic about constantly changing challenges
- The ability to communicate clearly in reports and face to face, sometimes delivering difficult messages in a constructive manner.
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English and/or German. Further languages are a plus.
- Strong team and cooperation skills
- Commitment to being part of an international professional community, contributing to continuous development and improvement of the Internal Audit & ICS department.
- Willingness to travel due to international business environment
