Financial Controller

My client based in Harrow are seeking a Financial Controller to join them on a contract basis. Paying a competitive salary of up to £50,000 working in a collaborative working envionment.

You will have 4 direct reports and be responsible for the top level Management Accounts, Analysis, Reporting and much more. This is a hands on Financial Controller role with the view to go permanent.

Client Details

My client are based in Harrow and have clients all over the Globe and are looking to grow their product base. They have a small Finance team in Harrow and due to a period of growth are looking to recruit a Financial Controller on a contract to permanent basis. The company offer great benefits, flexible working hours and the opportunity to report into an experienced Finance Director. The role will involve all aspects of Management Accounting, Financial Analysis, Anlysis of sales and costs, preparation of budgets, balance sheet reconciliation anduch more.

• Reporting into a hands on Finance Director
• Management Accounts - Budget preparation, Forecasting
• Variance Analysis
• Sales Analysis
• Cash flow forecasting
• Bank reconciliations
• Setting 1-1s with team members
• Training new starters
• Assisting with the year end audit

Profile

• Living local to Harrow
• Ideally part qualified in ACCA or CIMA
• Experience at a Financial Controller level
• Good attention to detail, excellent leadership skills
• Strong Excel skills
