Finance manager
The role is essentially a finance lead - managing a team underneath you and responsible for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Management Reporting and Financial Control. Your job will be to create consistent and rigourous reporting, controls, processes and structure for the team and ensure a generally best-in-class set-up. You will also be required to build internal relationships with key stakeholders in other functions such as underwriting, claims and actuarial. Involvement in occasional system improvement projects may also be required.

To be considered for this role, you will currently be working within a similar capacity as a finance manager role. You will also have at least 5-8 years of relevant experience from within the Insurance sector. Being a management role, previous experience of managing teams is preferred. Chartered Accountants or a similar certification will be advantageous.
