Your team’s mission?

The purpose of the Enterprise Mobility Technology Area is to create the freedom for Employees to work where and how they love . Our mission is to enable employees to be more productive, mobile and flexible in how they work – anywhere, anytime, any device.

As a Head of Enterprise Mobile Apps and Operations, you will enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary team ('Squad') to pursue its mission, by guiding them on 'what' work should be completed by the squad. You will be experienced in leading the strategy across mobile applications development across the bank, to help all ANZ staff unleash their productivity whilst on the go!

Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pace.

As a Product Owner; specialising in
  • Discover opportunities for new and improved mobile services and applications
  • Provide subject matter expertise to facilitate mobile app projects and operations of apps
  • Develop expertise in and champion best practices, trends, industry standards, vendor products/features in Enterprise Mobility
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Engage and inspire employees in their use and adoption of mobile devices, application and services
  • Oversee the strategy and end to end implementation of high quality, mobile application product and service roadmaps
  • Superior communication skills as you will be the conduit between stakeholders and the development team

What skills will you bring:
  • An intense passion and curiosity for customers and employees, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing large scale mobile application across an enterprise at a strategic level
  • A desire to optimise customer journeys and experiences through desktop and mobile devices
  • Ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Domain or segment knowledge relevant to Enterprise Mobility or Digital Customer Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in iOS and Android mobile application implementation
  • Demonstrated experience in managing services to agreed standards
  • End to end delivery management, project/program management
