- Leadership skillsand previous experience with developing the capability of individuals, andleading teams to deliver high quality client outcomes
- An in-depthexperience of working with regulatory bodies
- Industry, risk& compliance, legal, audit, or previous international consulting experiencerelated to financial services or non-financial services
- In-depthexperience in governance, regulation and conduct issues within financialservices
- An ability to workwithin budgets and time constraints
