Job role
A global Asset management firm based in South West London is looking for a finance/office assistant to join their team. A fantastic opportunity to develop and grow with in the financial services sector where they look to also support with studies.

- To provide book keeping duties such as managing client portfolios of clients and ensuring they are complying with internal policies and procedures.
- Managing the accounts and financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.
- Assisting with Audit
- Understanding and assisting with the company ledgers
- Client administration and deal with customer queries.
- Liaise with the bankers, brokers and other external stakeholders.
- Database management
- Client transaction management
- Board meeting preparation
- Email management between clients.
- Liquidation of companies, audits and admin to be managed with appropriate certificates.
- Overseeing all requests in relation to legal and procedures.

- Have at least 2 years with in a similar role
- Trust/fund experience
- Looking to study an ACCA or ICSA
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Great MS office skills; including outlook, excel and word.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements
- Be able to minute take and absorb info quickly
- Be able to work independantly with self-initiative and ambition
- Being able to participate in board meetings and presentations
