Due to our continued growth and achievement, the Basildon based company are looking for a new Credit Control Administrator to join their tight knit, successful team!

This is an excellent opportunity if you have Administration experience, or are studying your AAT etc. and would like an entry into an Accounts function of a reputable, successful organisation!

What will you be doing?

• Checking the data between databases for credit purposes
• Reviewing existing customer base for change of credit rating and communicating changes
• Producing monthly reports as required
• Adding new accounts to the database, updating and maintaining existing accounts
• Collating paperwork, creating new customer files
• Sending out letters and emails
• Filtering calls through to the correct controller

Will I be right for the role?

• The role is a junior position, therefore very little experience is required
• Basic credit control or basic accounts experience is advantageous but not essential
• Good organisation
• Good communicator with the ability to liaise successfully with other departments, depots, staff and management within the business
• Outgoing personality with the ability to work on there own initiative
• Self-Motivated, positive person able to meet set targets
• Good Mathematics and English grades (GCSE or other equivalent)
