(Senior) Project Manager (Process Formulation and Robotic Process Automation)

Responsibilities

Formulate master plan of development of Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and robotic automation
Identify and formulate certain SOPs
Work with users from accounting department to understand and analyze as-is business process, identify automation opportunities and requirements for users
Liaison with IT department and other related parties
Design and maintain future process with automation solutions
Develop and deploy RPA robots based on the automation design and requirement with a given RPA solution
Develop process automation documentations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or any related Degree, or equivalent experience
5 + years working experience related to business process automation, business process analysis and/or development experience with any programming language, experience in financial accounting area and/or banking industry would definitely be an advantage
Good knowledge of software development processes and methods. Proficiency in using at least one of the programing languages such as JAVA, VBA, C#, Python, or .NET
Any prior knowledge of RPA tools like BluePrism, OpenSpan, Automation Anywhere and UiPath is an added advantage
Good knowledge of software development processes and methods and quick learning ability of new technology and skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills in both oral and written in English and Chinese
Curious, flexible, and open for challenging situations and have a can-do attitude
