Basic Function
As a Financial II/Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of Cash Fixed Costs at a global level. You will partner directly with cost center owners and play a crucial role in providing the right level of data and analysis to support management decision making by providing key information on historical/budget trends and related cost analysis at a detailed level.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Reconcile actual to budgeted fixed cost variances
  • Analyze organization costs and provide thorough analysis on findings on monthly reports
  • Partner with budget coordinators to identify the justification of variances
  • Coordinate, compile, and analyze Global annual budget
  • Coordinate with the Accounting Department and Budget Coordinators to improve processes and reporting
  • Support cost center master data cleanup and headcount reporting
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis
  • Provide system support and take on the superuser role including setting up projects and establishing system access and profiles
  • Take on ad hoc projects as assigned
Min. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related Business Degree with a minimum of 6+ years of financial accounting or business–related experience.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to take action in solving problems and gain support from budget coordinators and management.
  • Ability to multi–task, prioritize, and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills including trends with a strong desire to research and understand underlying cost drivers and the ability to articulate variance details and communicate to higher level management.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision (self–starter)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate internally with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, time pressures and deadlines and to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Solid experience using SAP, experience in BW, HFM, BPC is a plus
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
