Robert Half Technology is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing organization in downtown San Diego. Working with the Products team to onboard new customers our client will be looking to integrate data systems, from accounting to customer data. The responsibility of the BSA will be to gather requirements from cross functional teams, provide highly technical requirements in support of development, breaking down data feeds with translation to XML feeds, etc. Additional experience around Excel, the QA process and general ability to communicate business components to the tech team and vice versa will be critical. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and understand the importance and best practices of customer interactions. Identify and propose changes to the systems and workflows based on areas in which adjustments are deemed needed Lead facilitated sessions with business users to identify system enhancements Track project progress through project schedules, project reports, meeting agendas, and other reporting Communicate with project team and external customers Assist with organization of release dates for version updates Create training material and train end users on systems enhancements and new programs Technical understanding of database technologies and the ability to break down data feeds and translations to XML Test the installation of new version releases Ability to understand technical concepts and apply QA methods Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years? experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
