Responsibilities:
• Assist to prepare group consolidation and audit schedules;
• Assist to prepare forecast and financial analysis
• Prepare inter-companies transactions and reconciliations;
• Review management accounts and consolidation packages of group companies;
• Prepare the audited financial statements and tax computations; and
• Prepare vouchers, bank reconciliations, month end closing;
• Support ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline;
• Member of HKICPA, ASCPA or other relevant professional body;
• At least 3 years’ experience, preferably with financial accounting experience at group level in a listed company and 2 years of audit experience;
• Exposure in PRC accounting;
• Strong organizational analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint); experience in SAP and UFIDA is a plus;
