The FP&A Analyst role will work closely with the FPA&R Manager and will involve both regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis. This will be a dynamic position, picking up areas of responsibility over time, which will include cash forecasting, budgeting and management reporting along with financial and business analysis.

Description
The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for:
- Maintaining monthly P&L forecasts for businesses across the UK group, providing expected performance for future months
- Cash forecasting, liaising with site teams and identifying the reasons for changes between months
- Assisting the FP&A Manager in the preparation of high-quality budgets and understanding how these relate to the strategy for the business
- Assisting in the creation of financial Board packs
- Preparing monthly reporting to submit to the head office
- Identifying and analysing variances between actual performance and previous forecasts
- Ad-hoc analysis to inform decision making
Profile
The FP&A Analyst should be:
- Fully qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Extensive IT skills
- Experience of cash forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, along with financial and business analysis
- Analytical and mathematical mindset, with a problem-solving approach
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Team-oriented; excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop collaborative relationships at all levels in the organisation
- A self-motivated individual thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible approach and the ability to deal with high levels of change

Job Offer
Basic salary range between £38, 000 - £42,000 plus generous benefits
