Our client is a leading professional services organisation with Dublin City Centre offices. They currently have an opportunity available for a Financial Management Consultant to take up a 1 year fixed term contract.
The purpose of this role will be to undertake a full review of all of the firm's finance processes to ensure that they are consistently working as efficiently and effectively as possible. The successful candidate will undertake this project from start to finish, recommend process improvements and highlight inconsistencies.
The role holder will take responsibility for the following:
§Liaising with process owners to gain understanding of how each area currently operates
§Ensuring completeness of current finance process documentation
§Facilitating process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements and automation capabilities
§Highlighting areas for improvement
§Identifying process weaknesses and risks
§Liaising with key management re inconsistencies and weaknesses identified
To be considered for this position, applicants will meet the following requirements:
§Professionally Qualified Accountant with Management Consultancy experience
§Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Big 4 professional accountancy qualification will desirable
`Proven experience in a similar role
§Complex project management experience
§Excellent organisation & time management skills
§Excellent Relationship Management Skills
