Your new company
You will be working for a growing Manufacturing and Production company based in Stirlingshire. This organisation has recently acquired new businesses and has further growth plans over the next few years, making it a busy and exciting place to work. This organisation offers a competitive salary and generous holiday allowance. This is a full time position where the hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.00.
Your new role
You will be working in a small but dynamic team, reporting into the Finance Manager. Your day will be busy as you will be processing a high volume of purchase invoices, completing the full matching, batching and coding process. You will be responsible for your own workload and will liaise with suppliers around the UK. You will work daily with the accounts system Navision, full training will be provided if you have not previously used this system.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have existing Accounts Payable experience gained from your current or previous role, and be comfortable processing a high volume of purchase invoices on a daily basis. You should ideally have worked in an organisation which spans the UK and therefore have an understanding of invoicing for various branches.
