Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Supervisor to join one of our top clients based in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of an experienced and vibrant team.
The Role:
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable Ledgers
- Responsible for the banking transactions of the business
- Management of the Finance team
- Ensure the appropriate financial controls and systems are in place
- Contribute to business improvement activities
- Processing all transactions on the purchase and sales ledger function
- Manage and control expense management
- Assisting with month end duties
- Maintain daily cashflow reporting
- Ensure supplier payments are made in line with agreed terms
- Develop and manage sales and purchase ledger reports
- Identify and implement cost savings processes and procedures
- Supporting the Finance Manager with projects
- Internal auditing
- Assist and ensure compliance with company internal control framework
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
- Competent Microsoft Office user with excellent Excel skills
- A logical, organised approach to problem solving
