Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and non-client facing tasks to the Singapore and Southeast Asia sales teams
- Assist in logistics for marketing events, sales training, seminars and coordinate with internal parties to prepare related materials
- Prepare regular product and market reports and liaise with internal team to ensure that the documents are cleared for dissemination.
- Assist in other ad hoc day to day administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Marketing, or other related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience within front office operations, sale support or clients servicing functions in a Bank or Financial institution
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Essential skill sets would also include attention to detail, a quick learning ability, and highly organized.
- Adaptable to changing work processes and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
