Position: 6 Months Contract Regional Sale Support Analyst (Asset Management)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and non-client facing tasks to the Singapore and Southeast Asia sales teams
  • Assist in logistics for marketing events, sales training, seminars and coordinate with internal parties to prepare related materials
  • Prepare regular product and market reports and liaise with internal team to ensure that the documents are cleared for dissemination.
  • Assist in other ad hoc day to day administrative tasks

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Marketing, or other related discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience within front office operations, sale support or clients servicing functions in a Bank or Financial institution
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Essential skill sets would also include attention to detail, a quick learning ability, and highly organized.
  • Adaptable to changing work processes and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
