Interloc seeks an experienced financial controller to manage the established financial systems in place to support management in growing the business and manage expansion. The candidate needs to have a hands–on approach to manage daily finances, manage treasury functions, provide regular reports and establish areas for improvement and efficiency to support growth. Specific job functions include bull Prepare monthly consolidated statements analyzing and investigating variances summarizing data, information, and trends bull Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions bull Attendance at regular management meetings advising management on required actions bull Provide financial support and analysis to support growth initiatives bull Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and maintain banking relationships bull Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data bull Prepare special reports by studying variances preparing budgets developing forecasts bull Analyze and evaluate opportunities to improve and support operational and financial functions bull Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction bull Provide financial advice by studying operational issues applying financial principles and practices developing recommendations. Skills Requirement bull Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role bull Experience in managing a financial department and personnel bull Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures bull Experience using financial software bull Advanced MS Excel skills bull Knowledge of financial regulations bull Excellent analytical and numerical skills bull Sharp time management skills bull Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data bull BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics bull Professional qualification as a CFACPA is considered a plus bull Experience working in the software and services sector is considered a plus
