Group Commercial Finance Analyst

Group Commerical Finance AnalystPart or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)Salary- 25-35k Northumberland My client are looking for a dynamic self starter to support the financial planning processes and drive the commercial finance teams to provide high quality consistent financial information.Reporting directly to the Group Commercial Finance Manager, the role will entail, but will not be limited to the following: • Work closely with the Group Commercial Finance Manager to consolidate all P&L forecasts• Work closely with demand planning to ensure sales forecasts are fully reflected and captured in the S&OP process• Co-ordinate detailed variance analysis to explain any significant movements and work with regions/departments to deliver solutions• Support key projects aimed at EBITDA improvements• Produce various KPI reports aimed at driving the performance and the commercial finance team• Maintain forecasting models on Forex exposure• Support the month end consolidation process-Excellent communication skills with ability to speak to all stakeholders across business-Experience of a commercially focused environment and /or manufacturing-Strong understanding of financial processes-Extremely strong IT skills; including highly proficient Excel modelling, PowerPoint and accounting system platforms-Precise attention to detail-Ability to meet tight deadlines- Ability to work alone or as part of a wider team-Disciplined, focussed and highly organised at all times-Personable and approachable-Appreciation of working with different culturesReed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
