The Organization
The organisation is a highly successful and well-respected international Fund Management company with its Asia HQ located in Singapore to supports all APAC investments. They are now looking to hire an experienced Finance Director to be part of their team.
The Position
Reporting and working closely with the CFO, the Finance Director provide leadership to the finance team where he/she will be responsible for the day to day management of the Finance and Accounting team that includes, accounting, financial reporting, cash management, tax planning, budgeting and forecasting. There will be a need to provide timely and accurate financial reporting and provide support to the regional team as and when needed.
The Person
To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 10 years of working experience and an Accountancy Degree with a CPA or CA equivalent. Candidates with prior experience in the Property or Real Estate sector will have an added advantage. The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion, drive process improvement and sufficient self-initiative to work autonomously as well as within a supportive team environment.
