Management Accountant

Interim Management Accountant Your new companyInterim Management Accountant required for a well established International manufacturing business.Your new roleThe role is management accounts position, supporting the Finance Manager with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting including analysis , reconciliations and management accounts, working to strict timetables reporting in UK and US GAAP. Key Responsibilities will include preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, monthly reporting including variance reporting , sales margin analysis and inventory analysis and maintaining of the fixed asst database. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of forecasts and budgets and involvement in CAPEX reporting.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a part qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)) and have management accounts experience ideally in a larger organisation. Knowledge of US GAAP / Sarbanes Oxley is desirable but not essential. What you'll get in returnThe role is a temporary position and is for a at least of 3 months. The hourly rate is circa £14.00 - £16.00 an hour depending on experience.
