Responsibilities:
This is a team-based role supporting South East Asia and India activities on accounts receivable, collection, claims, discount, pricing and reporting, within the customer finance function.

- Supporting the prompt collection of receivables and timely application of receipts to Accounts Receivables ledger
- To generate statement of accounts, Accounts Receivables (AR) reports for analysis and collection steps where applicable
- Attend to Accounts Receivables (AR) queries, resolve collection issues and set up provisions for at-risk accounts
- Perform related accounting entries, support Accounts Receivables (AR) closing and multiple reporting for the territory
- Assuring internal control procedures, compliance to the group policy, statutory reporting
- To support LC negotiation with banks, documentation and discrepancy handling with Customers
- Facilitating price change, discount change requests from South East Asia and India countries or territory
- Perform month or season price validation, discount bands, alert stakeholders to price differences
- Support exception billing, postings and other duties as assigned by the manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with min 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Team player, able to support other functions as part of one team, with Min. 3 years in AR operations and pricing analysis support reporting within an MNC environment
- Detail-oriented, multitasking abilities, problem solving mindset, running the extra mile
- Able to manage high volume work and deliver within very tight timelines preferred
- Team player, able to support other functions as part of ONE Team
- Conversant with SAP, Microsoft Excel a must. Cognos, Tableau a plus
