Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide first in contact for customers
- Provide administration services and create reports of any new claims received
- Data management is captured accurately
- Responsible for dealing with high volume of cases
- Manage customer expectations to provide positive customer service via telephone calls
- Deal with all claim correspondence and negotiation
- Communicate to teams and provide detail whenever a new claim is raised
- Ensure all targets are met and objectives are achieved
- Promote the compliance of the company with best practice for all aspects of the business
- Follow internal and external processes, policies and procedures of the business
- Other Ad hoc duties
Requirements for the Role:
- Administration/Customer Service Experience ideally from a Financial Services or Insurance Background.
- Ability to be pro-active and results oriented
- Previous experience required with a proven track record in similar role
- Able to take ownership and follow through on agreed commitments
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with patience and confidence
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Problem solver and open to develop new ideas to improve ways of working
- Strong MS office skills
- Self-starter and independently able to work on their own, as well as in a team
- Willingness to work within the industry and open to self-development
