Position: Insurance Customer Service

Location: Dublin City

Salary: €26,000

Type: Temporary (6 months with view to extension)

Our client is a well-known company who work with a range of products and services to provide insurance to some of the top companies in the country. They are currently seeking a customer service administrator to provide customer service and handling clients queries and documents in an efficient manner. You will be responsible to report to the team leader or manager



Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Provide first in contact for customers
  • Provide administration services and create reports of any new claims received
  • Data management is captured accurately
  • Responsible for dealing with high volume of cases
  • Manage customer expectations to provide positive customer service via telephone calls
  • Deal with all claim correspondence and negotiation
  • Communicate to teams and provide detail whenever a new claim is raised
  • Ensure all targets are met and objectives are achieved
  • Promote the compliance of the company with best practice for all aspects of the business
  • Follow internal and external processes, policies and procedures of the business
  • Other Ad hoc duties

Requirements for the Role:
  • Administration/Customer Service Experience ideally from a Financial Services or Insurance Background.
  • Ability to be pro-active and results oriented
  • Previous experience required with a proven track record in similar role
  • Able to take ownership and follow through on agreed commitments
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with patience and confidence
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Problem solver and open to develop new ideas to improve ways of working
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Self-starter and independently able to work on their own, as well as in a team
  • Willingness to work within the industry and open to self-development
