A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Management Accountant to join a high-growth, private equity-backed education business. The business has an aggressive acquisition drive and are looking to become the highest quality global provider of primary and secondary education. The business has 35 schools globally and boasts the opportunity for students to study abroad for a semester/year. They also provide summer school programmes for academic and extracurricular skill development.
With a turnover of £250m, this is a very well-established business looking to reach the next level with an exit likely to take place in two years’ time. You will be reporting into the Financial Controller who is extremely well regarded in the industry.

The Role:
- Assisting with the systems improvement process and leading it when required.
- Redesign the month-end pack
- Significantly improve board reporting processes
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Build a detailed cash flow forecasting model
- Assisting in presentation of monthly board packs
- Business partnering/ collaborating with the marketing department and other teams
- Ad-hoc project-based tasks
The Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Experience creating cash flow forecasting models
- Experience creating detailed board packs
- Experience creating presentations for groups of mixed knowledge
- Experience owning process improvement
- Education experience (extremely desirable but not essential)
